You do five a day, moving them to the done cup. At the end of the week you move them all back into the workout cup and start over, this helps you get a varied workout. - GREAT idea. So many different ways you could go about this also.
Doing this because I want to get in shape and I have the hardest time getting motivated.
It reminds me a little bit of this date night jar thing I made for Jimmy a few months ago, where I wrote date ideas on little color coded (indoor, outdoor, fancy) popsicle sticks so we didn’t have the “What should we do?” debate every weekend. I’m going to take the color code idea from that and do it for these too so I get a well balanced workout.

I need to start being more active, but activities like running, yoga, biking, etc. don’t appeal to me. Punching shit, on the other hand, does. I don’t plan on taking any classes (at first anyways), I figure I’ll just buy a bag, find some workouts & do it in my garage. It’s not as expensive as I thought it’d be and seems fun. Plus it’ll give me a new hobby during deployment maybe & it’s not like punching shit is ever not a good idea.
I just need to find workouts that will help me get toned but won’t give me masculine arm muscles & all that.
